Hi! I'm Kat, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I work with individuals navigating eating disorder recovery, chronic dieting, body image concerns, women's health, and general wellness. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and rooted in helping you create sustainable change, not another set of rigid rules. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels grounded, realistic and supportive.
